Derpy may have an eye impairment but Fluttershy is the real derp one there.
Girl, what are you thinking about using patches on a pony... You can't put them directly on the wound due to the fur and it will be very inconvenient to remove them...

Derpy's puzzled look though, probably thinking "What in the hay are you doing there?"  

This picture is so cute and we know that Derpy has a tushie of steel, able to break through anything.
